This is my go-to place for pho. I come here most often than any other pho spot in Portland, mainly because of their service and convenience. The food always comes out fast and in large portions. They're very good about coming to your table and getting your order in as fast as possible, and there's always people checking in to see if you need more water. We came on Labor Day, and that day they were short staff in the kitchen, so the wait was longer. Not a huge deal, because the food was well worth.
The pho broth is really rich and not too salty, which is great because I like adding a bunch of red pepper flake and hoisin to my soup. The noodle to broth ratio is great, and the amount of veggies they give you on the side is just right. You can also ask for pickled onions on the side for even more flavor. The vermicelli noodle bowls are also massive. I recommend getting the bowls with shrimp. The shrimp is nicely cooked and charred, and ties up the whole dish. Lastly, get the avocado shake! Always good, every time! -

I will say he pho is delicious!!! Best pho in Portland!
But wow dont get the three color
Ordered the three color drink smoothie. Its the most disgusting thing i have ever eaten. And looks nothing like the picture
After forgetting i ordered it because they forgot... they brought out a gross cup of beans and ice
The ice of course is on top and served with a spoon, that way you cannot eat it without first eating cubes of ice or dumping them into your water. Having chosen the latter path, i now cannot wash the taste from my mouth because i have soiled my water with bean slime ice cubes.
The picture looked beautiful, this looks like octopus entrails. Sick. Never coming back
Pho kim you suck -

There are many pho locations to choose from SE Portland, but this is my favorite. I always get the same bowl of pho (Pho Kim Special) or Grilled Pork Chops, Shrimp & Rice (item C0 on menu). This location has a variety of Vietnamese dishes you can choose from, but the first two I mentioned are my favorites.
This location is relatively large so both parking and seating has never been a problem for me (even on the weekends). Their staff are friendly, quick, and diligent about taking my order and delivering my food. Since their kitchen is always on the move, food takes about approximately 6-7 minutes to come out.
I'd definitely recommend this location to anyone who has never had pho before. You'd be really happy with the food and service here. It's worth the drive (considering that I'm not in the SE area often). -

One of the best Pho's in Oregon. Broth is well flavored and the dac biet does not disappoint. Only complaint would be the service. Pretty mediocre. But they are busy. And food comes out super quick.

Little bit before 1 on a Sunday afternoon and the parking lot is packed, this could be a good sign or a bad sign. I found a parking spot pretty easily so I went inside to see what else they have.
Be sure to sign the guest waitlist when you get here..... wth! Momma? Yup. Some of the crew from my favorite Pho place (Pho Hung on Powell, currently closed for renovations .)
After a very short wait. I was seated and my order taken. Tea and accoutrements brought. and before I pour my tea. I'm asked to move to another table to accommodate a larger party. K.
So I move. No problem. I guess. This is a better table. And my soup is here. All in less than 15 minutes of entering Pho Kim.
Large Pho with Beef Brisket, Flank Steak, Rib Eye Steak and Tendon. The Broth. Beefy AF! Love it. All the ingredients are amaze. I dove into my Pho senses first. It was more than I wished for and at a decent price. Water service was a bit slow. but the Pho was a bowl to remember.
